How do I buy something? 

On Truly Handcrafted you buy directly from the seller themselves the best way is to open a customer account that way you can create a wishlist and keep track of any orders you have made. Just browse the categories, select an item to look at if you like click add to basket. You do not have to open a customer account.. but if you do checkout as a guest you can't leave reviews or look at past buying history.

I have a question for the seller how do I contact them? 

Once you have logged in ( you have to log in it stops the spam emails)click on the seller you wish to talk to and on their profile or their listing is a link ' contact this seller' click on that and it will take you to the page for you to message them.

How to report an item I KNOW is not handmade? 

On each product listing is a red button saying report this item. Then leaver your email address and why you think its not handmade. If you don't want to know about the out come of the investigation ( as we can all make mistakes) then just hit enter.

Can I make a list of shops I like? 

Yes just make sure you are logged in and click the ' add to favourites' button on each shop seller you like. Anytime you wish to delete just click the red cross next to it.

How do I pay for items in my basket? 

All items are paid via PayPal this way it protects you as a buyer as well as the seller if anything was to go wrong. You don't need a PayPal account to do this so don't worry if you don't have one as long as you have a bank card of some kind you will be fine. Once you have clicked the ' agree to terms and conditions' box click confirm and it will take you to Paypal page.. at this point be sure you have finished shopping before you click confirm. Once at the PayPal page just follow the instructions and pay.

Can I buy from more than one shop at a time? 

Yes you can, each items is detailed at checkout before you buy. 
I have changed my mind can I cancel and return my order 
Just contact your seller and explain what it is you want so you can both come to an amicable arrangement. The same with any faulty or damaged items. If for any reason you cannot come to an arrangement open a dispute with PayPal against the seller and their resolution centre will help you. This is why we insist on PayPal.

How do I leave feed back? 

You can only do this if you have a customer account if you have check out as a guest you can't leave a review. If you have an account just log into your account go to their shop and leave a comment of your experience etc..
